The China government made a sudden change of Export Product Tax Return Policy and it will come into use from 1st,July and this date is according to the export date.

Many products have been seriously affected and the tax return was declined a lot, some declined by 8%, some now without tax return, that is to say, as for some products, China government has stopped to encourage to export, such as some product including high energy and low additional worth,such as,chemicals, hardware and so on.
This sudden change of Tax Return brings great loss to suppliers and factories, however, on the contrary, the siipping company may earn a lot from this change, because every supplier and factory are always rushing into shipping goods before end of June, so the ocean freight go up greatly and no people have time to compare the price among shipping companies like before.
